"Piano has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. I studied in Glasgow, at both Glasgow University and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where I got involved in as much music as I possibly could. I'm particularly interested in music that crosses the boundaries of genre, and have played in everything from contemporary opera, baroque ensembles, jazz bands, and was a founding member of an internationally touring ceilidh band! But my love of piano has always been at the core of these activities"
"Music and spontaneity is my life. I have played and performed flute all my life. My training at the Menton Conservatoire in France, the specialist music scheme at Wells Cathedral School, the RWCMD and the Royal College of Music in London have all added to my rich musical education. Performing highlights include playing at the Garrick Club in London, a privately hosted concert with Alan Titchmarsh in aid of the Nordoff Robbins music therapy trust and key performances at Cedars Hall in Wells"
